preventing poverty, preserving inequality (8) suggests that UBI would not make people’s income equal. There will be no situation when one has some income because having job and another, jobless one has the same amount of income because of the social benefits. Only either UBI or UBI+salary and/ot business income and/or whatever. Thus “reasonable inequality without poverty”
